Caller ID :

This feature relies on a third party application (such as the free version of Phonetray). 

The idea is that X10Dispatcher might be running on a computer with a modem built-in.  That modem might support caller id (alot do).  You could therefore, run PhoneTray which would log all incoming calls, and X10Dispatcher would let you view that information from the X10Dispatch web site.  There is currently no alerting and no MSN support (although i will probably add msn support later). 

Phonetray is doing, all the hard work, you just point X10Dispatcher to the location of its call log.  This call log file could even be on a mapped network drive, so the caller id modem could be in another computer, but that would involve keeping multiple computers running instead of just one.
